Liability for Damage/Loss:
By confirming your booking or accepting a hire, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any expenses related to damage or loss of the machine and/or its components while in your possession.

Liability Disclaimer:
Satisfyingly Clean assumes no liability for any harm inflicted upon you or your property. By consenting to hire, you agree to indemnify Satisfyingly Clean against any injuries or accidents resulting from or contributed to by the equipment hired.

Bond
A bond will be held for the Bissell SpotClean Turbo, Bissell Revolution HydroSteam, and McCulloch Canister Steam System to cover any damages, losses, or additional charges incurred during the hire period. This includes late fees, cancellation fees, and ensuring the machine is returned in a clean condition. After the equipment is satisfactorily returned and inspected, your bond will be refunded within 24 hours. Please be aware that it may take 2-7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Personal Information
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy & Security policy. This includes the processing of data necessary to fulfill your requests and provide you with the best possible service. We reserve the right to request presentation of a valid driver's license upon pickup of any services or products. This is solely for the purpose of verifying the identity of the individual claiming the service or product and to prevent potentially fraudulent activity.

Binding Agreement:
By accepting a hire through Satisfyingly Clean website you are entering into a legally binding written contract, thereby eliminating the requirement for additional document signing.

Cancellation/Booking Changes:
A 48-hour notice is necessary for cancelling or modifying bookings; otherwise, a $30 fee will be applied.

Refunds:
No refunds will be provided for early returns of machines as the reserved time is blocked, potentially causing inconvenience to other customers.

Pickup and Return Times:
Upon pickup, it is your responsibility to collect and return the machine(s) within the agreed-upon time slots established at the time of hire. Late returns will result in a fee based on the duration of the delay.

Cleaning Conditions:
Failure to return the machine(s) in the same clean condition as provided may incur a $20 deep cleaning fee. The customer is required to return the equipment in a thoroughly cleaned condition, ensuring that any hair and debris is removed from the brushes and bristles.

Failure to Return Machine:
Should the machine not be returned by the designated time, Satisfyingly Clean reserves the right to contact the authorities and provide them with your information to ensure the safe recovery of the machine.

Variability of Results:
Results may vary based on factors such as the material type of the carpet/couch and the age of the stain. Refunds will not be issued based on varying results.

Free Cancellation Window and Applicable Fees:
Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date. After this time, a cancellation fee will apply. You can notify us of your cancellation via email or message.

Refunds of Faulty or Damaged Machine:
Before pickup, all machines undergo thorough inspection. In the event that a machine is found to be faulty or damaged after you’ve received it, and is not functioning properly, you are required to promptly let Satisfyingly Clean know. We will usually replace the machine and adjust your hire time accordingly.

Customers who have agreed to hire the machine/s are responsible for promptly informing us of any damage that may have occurred to the machine/s during the hire period. This notification is crucial for ensuring both your safety and the integrity of Satisfyingly Clean when we inspect the machines upon return.

Equipment Use & Safety:
Customers are required to operate the equipment safely and solely for its intended purpose, following the manufacturer's instructions provided to you in a clear plastic sleeve. Should you need additional guidance on operating the equipment safely, please inform Satisfyingly Clean.

Steam Cleaning Machine:
By agreeing to hire, the customer acknowledges that guaranteed results for glass cleaning are not provided. Glass, being a porous material, can become stained due to past environmental factors. Stubborn dirt may require the expertise of a professional cleaner for removal. Our equipment is designed to remove dirt, dust, and grime, but is not suitable for addressing stains or post-construction debris such as mortar or silicon on glass surfaces.

Debt Collectors:
In cases of non-payment or other issues, debt collectors may be contacted.
